Our value chain

Nordic Paper contributes to a green transition for packaging producers who want to reduce their carbon footprint and increase the use of circular raw materials. Both our raw materials and end products are part of circular loops.

• Raw materials

  Our paper is made from renewable raw materials sourced from forests managed with consideration for biodiversity and the protection of ecologically valuable environments.

• Pulp production

  We operate a resource-efficient production of paper pulp, primarily based on renewable energy.

• Paper production

  We manufacture kraft paper and naturally greaseproof paper, continuously developing our processes to be as resource-efficient as possible. We do not add any PFAS.

• Converters

  Our customers are largely packaging manufacturers who have been purchasing paper from us for a long time.

• End consumers

  A large portion of the packaging made from our paper is used for packaging food, with a smaller portion used for specialized industrial purposes.

• Recycling 

  After use, our products are recyclable and often become input materials in new loops for products made from recycled fibers.
