Spread melted chocolate onto a sheet of paper and leave to cool in the fridge. Remove the paper, crumple it up,
unfold it again – and you have fine chocolate shavings.
or you can do like this
Melt dark chocolate in one saucepan and white chocolate in another. Lay a sheet of paper on a tray and cover it
with the white chocolate. Using a spoon, let drops of the dark chocolate fall onto the white.
Lay a sheet of paper on top of the chocolate and press down to create a marble effect. Place in the fridge.
When the chocolate has cooled, it is ready to use as cake decoration.
