Seasoned butter
approximately 10 servings
200 g salted butter
1 dl water
6 garlic cloves
50 g fresh parsley
1 pinch of curry
1 pinch of cayenne pepper
1 dash of Tabasco
5 cl lemon juice
salt and pepper
Whip butter and water into a fluffy mixture. Press in garlic, finely chop parsley and mix together with the other spices and lemon juice. Whip for about five minutes. Put the seasoned butter on a paper and shape into a long roll. Refrigerate until firm.
