Potato and goat cheese pastries

600 g cold cooked potatoes
200 g goat cheese
4 eggs
salt and pepper
Heat oven to 180°C. Press potatoes in a potato press and mix together with crumbled goat cheese and eggs. Add salt and pepper.
Fill in low baking cups and bake until golden brown, about 15 minutes. Goes well with lamb fillet with thyme gravy. The recipe is on page 17.
