Dessert crepes
approximately 15 crepes
4 dl flour
0.5 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
6 dl milk
3 eggs
2 dl water
60 g melted butter
Mix together dry ingredients and stir in milk, eggs and water until it becomes a smooth batter.
Add melted butter. Fry small, thin pancakes – crepes.
Place a sheet of paper between each crepe and let them cool. Fill them with vanilla cream or some
other delicious filling.
