Raisin Scones
Makes 8 scones
270 g plain flour
40 g sugar
1 pinch salt
2 tsp baking powder
75 g raisins
75 g margarine
1 egg
200 ml milk
Preheat the oven to 225°C.
Mix together all the dry ingredients.
Cream the margarine until soft.
Add the margerine and mix. Add the egg and milk.
Shape into small buns and put them into the muffin cases.
Bake for about 15 minutes.
