Market Candy
Makes 50-60 sweets
400 g plain flour
240 g icing sugar
60 g cocoa
175 ml water
425 g sugar
125 g coconut butter
Mix the flour, sugar and cocoa in a large heat-resistant bowl.
Boil the water and sugar until clear and then remove from the heat.
Melt the coconut butter in the warm syrup and then pour it over
the dry ingredients in the bowl and stir.
Pour into a wide pan lined with baking paper.
Leave to harden and cut into squares (approx. 1.5 X 1.5 cm).
